Position at a Glance
The Manager, Program Compliance, serves as the organization’s primary point of coordination for ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and audit readiness across all EPG programs, Workforce Development Board sub-grantees, and training providers. The Manager leads efforts to uphold rigorous standards of data integrity and service quality through program analysis, labor market research, and both on-site and desk monitoring for all programs and providers. This position also guides staff in strengthening data quality, improving performance outcomes, and maintaining consistently high levels of service delivery.
The Manager drives performance excellence by identifying risks, enhancing monitoring practices, and ensuring that all program operations meet federal, state, and local requirements. Additionally, the Manager proactively builds staff capacity to sustain compliance and deliver exceptional customer service.
