We are pleased to announce a short-term project for a SharePoint Development Contract Specialist. This role is dedicated to building, expanding, and optimizing our SharePoint environment while equipping staff with the knowledge and tools needed to maintain it effectively.

• Lead the build-out and enhancement of SharePoint sites, libraries, workflows, and intranet components
• Develop intuitive, well-structured SharePoint pages that support collaboration and document management
• Establish governance standards, naming conventions, and best-practice guidelines
• Train staff across departments on how to use, update, and maintain SharePoint content
• Create user-friendly training materials, guides, and reference resources

Requirement

• Proven experience building and maintaining SharePoint sites and intranet environments
• Strong understanding of document management, metadata, permissions, and workflow automation
• Ability to train and support users with varying levels of technical comfort
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to improving internal systems
